Corona Del Mar Aquatic Therapy
Welcome to Southern California Aquatic & Physical Therapy!
We are celebrating 20 years as the top choice for aquatic therapy and physical therapy in Orange County! Our Huntington Beach facility, just a short drive north on Pacific Coast Highway from Corona Del Mar, provides the most effective methods for recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic pain conditions.
What Is Aquatic Therapy?
Aquatic therapy is an increasingly popular approach to physical therapy, especially for individuals who are not yet ready for traditional “land-based” therapy because of an operation, injury, or chronic condition like arthritis or fibromyalgia.
Aquatic therapy has proven healing benefits that Southern California Aquatic & Physical Therapy maximizes for our patients.
Our pools stay at a constant 92 degrees, a temperature that optimizes recovery and improves circulation.
Our therapeutic pools use a saltwater sanitizing system that speeds the healing process and irritates the skin less than chlorine and other common pool chemicals.
Other features include therapeutic jets for soft tissue massage, handrails for easy pool entry, and pool depths of 3½ to 6½ feet to accommodate different therapy methods.

What Are Clients Saying About Southern California Aquatic & Physical Therapy?
The staff at Southern California Aquatic Therapy has helped prepare me for two recent surgeries and assisted in my rehabilitation and healing. They have helped me to have a better quality of life than what I had become accustomed to prior to working with them.
The staff have all been wonderful, and I consider them friends who are working to help me and all of their clients engage in exercises that challenge and strengthen the areas of our bodies that haven’t been working as efficiently or as effectively as they might. The staff has improved my life through the ability to move better.
Many thanks to the current and past staff at Southern California Aquatic Therapy!

Every patient that comes to Southern California Aquatic & Physical Therapy has unique needs. Some need to start with aquatic therapy before “graduating” to land based therapy. Some can start land therapy right away, while others will require a combination of the two.
Our physical therapists have extensive experience with a number of techniques, including therapeutic exercise with a wide array of equipment, advanced manual therapy, Kinesio taping, cold laser therapy, electrical stimulation and more.
