We are open and accepting new patients.
On behalf of Southern California Aquatic and Physical Therapy, we want to inform you about how we are responding to the COVID-19 situation. We take our responsibility to our patients, clients, and staff very seriously. We have implemented rigorous disinfecting procedures throughout the clinic and pool area to protect our patients and staff.
We are closely following the recommendations of the CDC and the Orange County Health Care Agency. We monitor this information several times a day to ensure we have the most up to date and accurate information.
In accordance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), we are advised to screen all patients/clients for recent travel to any location confirmed by the CDC to have confirmed cases of COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus. Any travel completed between December and now is considered recent travel. If a patient/client reports that at least two weeks have passed since their return from one of the CDC-reported countries and no symptoms have presented, our physical therapy team can proceed with the appointment.
We also advise patients/clients who are experiencing acute respiratory illness, including symptoms of fever, cough, or shortness of breath, to remain home and reschedule appointments.
However, pain issues and being too sedentary can actually increase your odds of getting sick, so we will continue to help you in a more hygienic, 1-on-1 therapy setting.
Thanks again for taking the time to read this, brief message. The team at Southern California Aquatic and Physical Therapy looks forward to seeing you soon. If you have any questions, please reach out by filling the form below.
