We requires masks during the facility at all times. If participating in pool therapy a mask or face shield is required. We provide your first face shield for you. All our staff is required to be vaccinated. We keep our pool to a maximum of 4 patients at a time.
Comfortable clothes including shorts or tank top depending upon what diagnosis we are seeing you for to allow the Physical Therapist to thoroughly evaluate the area of concern. Bring your ID, prescription for physical therapy if needed, any pertinent medical information (i.e. operative report, xray report, MRI report, etc.)

We are on many insurances contracts including Hoag Physicians Partners, Hoag Medical Group, Memorial Care, Edinger Medical Group, Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Department of Labor Worker’s Comp, Medicare, Worker’s Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance and some others. The pool is maintained at 92 degrees, this is considered therapeutic pool temperature. Our primary form of sanitization is a salt- water system. We use liquid chlorine only to boost sanitization to maintain proper sanitization per the Orange County Health Department codes. We check our water for proper sanitization 3 times every day.
Typically, you will not be getting into the pool the first day. There are some insurances that require you to receive the aquatic treatment the first day. Our front desk will inform you if you have the option of receiving aquatic therapy on the day of your first consultation.
Yes! You will spend more than the typical 10-15 minutes with your same physical therapist. We pride ourselves in being able to provide quality care for each patient. If there are any scheduling issues, we will find a solution for you.
No, we are a privately owned clinic with one location. This gives our team and you the freedom and flexibility to treat you with the care you deserve without the typical big corporate restrictions.
Yes, we are a stand alone building, so no parking structures or having to walk longer distances to get into the building. We are right off the 405 freeway and just down the street from the 22 freeway for easy access from multiple locations.
NO! Our facility has the pool and land physical therapy all under one roof for the best integrated program. Some patients do only land physical therapy, some do a combination of land and aquatic and some aquatic only.

It depends upon your insurance company, we will inform you prior to your first visit. If you want to pay cash, we have discounted cash packages to make physical therapy financially available for everyone.
