Physical Therapy in Fountain Valley
Many of our patients begin their rehabilitation program in the pool and then “graduate” to traditional (land) therapy when their bodies are ready. For some, we prescribe a combination aquatic-and-traditional based approach, and for others we individually design a land-only physical therapy program.
Whatever your needs, Southern California Aquatic and Physical Therapy will create a specifically tailored plan to meet your unique needs and goals.
Our therapists are experienced and skilled at a number of traditional physical therapy methods including:
- Therapeutic Exercise
- Advanced Manual Therapy
- Functional Training Exercises
- Kinesio Taping
- Cold Laser Therapy
Listen to what our clients have to say:
“Best PT place ever! And I’ve been to a lot of PT places. They have an indoor warm salt water pool and also a place for indoor “land therapy”. Everyone at the front desk are awesome and can always squeeze me into the schedule. I’ve mostly worked with Julie and Dave and they are the best!! So knowledgable and they tailor the treatment plan to how your feeling at each visit. I’m so happy with the progress my knee has made!” – Jennifer B., Fountain Valley
“From the first moment I stepped in the front door – Julie’s staff made sure I felt comfortable, helped me rehab after multiple surgeries, listens to what I think is causing the pain, takes a lot of time to assess my pain level and has helped me get back to walking, her staff helps me rehab and build back my muscle, and mostly has helped me work out a plan to relieve the pain.” -Aaron, Aliso Viejo
