Dr. Bergmann believes the more education a patient receives, the more success they will achieve!

Dr. Payton Trollman graduated from Chapman University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy after deciding at the age of 16 years old physical therapy would be her way of helping those in need of holistic care. Being an athlete and professional dancer since age 5 she has experienced her share of injuries and set backs. Her friends and family that have experienced illnesses, diseases, and injuries opened her eyes to more than musculoskeletal concerns. This all fueled her desire to understand the human form in order to prevent injury or facilitate healing towards an optimal quality of life and performance that many can benefit from.
Payton’s journey in physical therapy and healthcare management is followed by her time as a SAQ coach for high-school football, aerial and dance instructor, NPC body builder competitor, previously NASM certified personal trainer, and caregiver. This has helped make this path that much more fluid to transition into.
In her not so spare time, Payton is a professional dancer trained in an eclectic array of skills such as aerial silks, fire dancing, and even jump stilts! Her time spent with her family brings her joy and believes having their support is why she is able to be a physical therapist today.
